Guide to Working with Gran Horizon Travel

At Gran Horizon Travel, the booking process is personalized, flexible, and designed to make your experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you’re dreaming of a weekend escape or an extended itinerary across Asia or Europe, I’m here to make it happen effortlessly.

1. GET IN TOUCH

Start by filling out the form on my website or simply reach out via Email or WhatsApp with your travel idea. Please include - Destination - Travel dates or duration - Number and age of travelers - City of departure (if you are interested in airplane tickets) - Any preferences, interests, or special requests.
I aim to respond within 24 hours with either a quote or a few clarifying questions to move things forward.

2. CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE

A. Hotel Booking Only (No Planning Fee)
If you're only looking to book a hotel, I’ll send you a curated selection of recommended properties and all the unique benefits you can enjoy in each of these. If you already have a hotel in mind, I’ll quote the best available offer and the exclusive benefits I can secure for you there.

Booking through me often unlocks perks such as:

VIP Status
Room upgrades
Early check-in / late check-out
Daily breakfast
Hotel credits and more

No travel agent fee applies for hotel-only bookings, so it is always a good idea to check with me before booking any hotel, as I may be able to unlock exclusive perks and added value for your stay.
I’ll also arrange airport/hotel transfers if needed and handle any special requests or assistance during your stay.
24/7 Emergency Assistance during travel included for anything that concerns your accommodation or transfer (e.g. remarks, complaints, special requests, etc).

B. Full Personalized Itinerary

If you’re planning a full trip with multiple hotels, flights, activities, and transfers, I offer custom-crafted itineraries tailored to your style and preferences. To get started, you can:

Book a 30-min consultation call via my website or message/email me to request one. This is recommended as it allows me to better understand your vision and give immediate feedback and ideas. It also provides us both an opportunity to get to know each other, and ensure we feel that we are a good fit. Following our call, you'll receive a recap email from me within 24 hours outlining everything we discussed. This consultation fee is deducted from the final invoice if you move forward using my services.

Once we’ve aligned on the vision, I’ll send you a tailored quote with everything from flights to accommodations and day-by-day plans. If you agree to proceed with the suggested itinerary, a one-time travel agent fee of $100.00 will apply. This fee includes:

Unlimited revisions until the itinerary is perfect, personalized research, itinerary creation & execution
Assistance with bookings for activities, transfers, restaurants, and more
Custom travel guide with my personal recommendations
24/7 Emergency Assistance during travel

Please note: I cannot book flights using points or miles, but I can advise on the best itineraries for you to book directly.

3. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Once you approve the quote and in order to proceed with booking;

You’ll receive my Terms & Conditions to review & agree to
A valid credit card will be required. Payment will be processed according to the cancellation and deposit policies of each provider. If you decide to proceed, we use a fully secured system called Canary Tech to collect and securely add card details to your account. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage, ensuring that card details are protected against unauthorized access.
Travel insurance options will be provided (recommended but not mandatory). Travel insurance is based on the cost of the trip as well as the travelers' ages, so it makes the most sense to quote after the trip is finalized and pricing is locked in.
